<P>Includes keyboard, remote, blue card and manuals. I purchased it new in 1999. Worked fine when disconnected in 2003. No account balance. Some wear on remote numbers and letters. I recently hooked it up and it powered up perfect, received a Dish signal and an assortment of channels. Could be used as primary or second receiver. According to what I've read the hard dive can be easily upgraded to a larger size for much longer recording.</P>
