Everyone with a ViP receiver, such as 622, 722, 612, etc.

It is not "changed to Available" it is "changed to ViP".

It was available before.

The change indicates that they realized that they don't want people with MPEG2-only receivers (such as 942s) being able to subscribe to this new package, since they are going to change them to MPEG4 soon anyway.

Only for those subscribed to the new 41xx channel package that started Monday. I doubt that they have even yet made that package publicly available.

This could be WGN America:

WGN9 is the local CW affiliate. WGN is the National channel, WGN America.

I know. That's why it appears that they uplinked WGN9 (the CW affiliate) at 6316 @129W with a mapdown to 9.

I am speculating that the channel they uplinked to 5327 (on both 129 and 61.5) is WGN America HD.
