This may not be the best place to report it but...
The LIST does not have the Austin Tx HD locals on 61.5 listed correctly.
They are at 5180, 5181, 5182, 5183 as shown in this post.

you can't fit an HD channel where an SD channel was

You can if you change the transponder assignment

This change has nothing to do with any new channels. This is a standard ESPN alternate move that happens at least once a week during baseball season.
