dishnetwork setup

HI,
I hust got new Pansat 2700e i have dish network satellite. Can u please help me how to set up i'm in zip code 11003 usa. which sat i have to chose. at this time i have stepup on sat-82 and i 'm not getting picture it says scrambled or bad channel. can any one help me how to setup.
