Hi.

I was wondering if anyone here could give me some insight, or just advice.

On the 9th Dec, we ordered a 921 at about 3pm. We were told to call back on the 10th to get a tracking number and they set up an installer to come and add the 921 to our existing setup.

On the 10th, we called back, and was told that getting a tracking number wasnt a possibility with the purchase of new hardware :shocked but they told us it had shipped.

Today, the 11th, I gave them a call to ask from where they ship them from and via what service, so I could get an idea on when it would be delived. The lady on the telephone was extreamly confused at why we needed a tracking number, or this informatuon and told us that she wasnt sure if the 921 was shipped, and to call back again at a later date. :no

Has anyone had problems with getting 921's from Dish lately
 
I know all about Dish Network runaround. I have had this happen to me on a few receivers I got through Dish Network.
 
Send a polite email to ceo@dishnetwork.com explaining the situation, leave a callback number and you'll most likely recieve a call back from a competent CSR within 24-48 hours.

(they take the good CSR's and hide them from us)
