DishLatino HD packages

Since Saturday I've been trying to find on dish's web the price break down and channel line-ups for the dish latino hd packages but with no luck. I've been battling with strep throat , so I've probably looked over the link but I'd greatly appreciate any help with this.Thanks

The HD Latino packs include the HD channels and are $20 more then the following corresponding SD packs

Latino Bronze includes the Latino Plus SD
Silver = Dos
Gold = Max
Plat = DL-EP
