The biggest problem with the app is only able to use one stream at a time. But I think that is more of a DISH problem.

To answer your original question, no, there is no way for you to increase the buffer size.

Do you get buffering while using Dish Anywhere out of your house (on the internet), or inside your house (on your own network)? I never get buffering while on my own network inside my house. While I am away, however, I do see buffering , but it is mostly caused by internet traffic, or a less than stellar WiFi connection from wherever I am staying.
