Let's give him 'till the summer when The Walking Dead is off the air so Charlie terminates the AMC agreement since there is too much repeat programming and AMC's low ratings are not worth the outrageous price.

I think Charlie has learned from his past mistakes.He can still be a shrewd business man just stay out of court.On the other hand if he wins the hopper/ptat lawsuits he may change his mind.
