Dish to add Bluegras Channel in HD

(Englewood,CO) Dish Network said it would add the new Bluegras channel in HD. This channel is described as a forum to request HD channels non-stop. This includes channels that don't even exist in HD. Industry experts have declared this to be a stupid idea, since this would take the last HD space left until new satellites are launched in ten years.

Just reported that Blugrass network and Dish are suing each other. Charlie wants the the rights to carry the sd channel only and Blugrass network wants ALL channels in hd.

Rumors have circulated of a further dispute over carriage/access of the "Bluegras HD 24/7" On-demand App for the Dish Network Hopper receivers; however, it was revealed that the only real holdup in completing the agreement was the Dish legal team confusion over the supplied contract provided by the Bluegrass group. It was 147 pages long but contained no punctuation.
