it Erie, CBS the sound issue, its happen on many channels not all, that why i keep telling it must be a D problem, and when it happen it last 30-45 sec and go back, i have it hook up to small Home Theater Systems but, it still happen if i small Home Theater Systems off, sorry i don't what OTA version isnot having any sound issues on CBS here on my end. can you give us some additional details? 1. Have you tested if the OTA version also has the issue? 2. How is your audio input and output? 3. Is this the only channel with this issue? If so, that itself can be very telling.

channels like HBOW, EPSNNEWS, NHLN its really weirdSorry I can't make some of that out... So what other channels then; any? As I am not having any audio issues on the 7 - 10 channels I have watched since about 4:45am this morning; nor any at all this week. Give everyone details so they can know hoe to help and research with you.
no just CBS, no other local have a sound issueIs it just Locals or a lot of Sat channels as well ?

then oh well i don't what the issue is then, i not that techie lolI can tell you 110% for sure on all of those I have no audio issues. Called 4 other to try them and nothing there either. Makes it doubtful its just DirecTV.
