For the record, market cap for Disney as of today's close is $118.53 Billion.
Now back to our reguarly scheduled "when will this be finalized and why do my logos keep disappearing?" discussion.
That sounds more tangible.

The conference contract for the football conferences together adds up to about a billion/year. I wouldn't call that a drop.

I like the bolded idea, PROVIDED those with antennas can still utilize the guide data (or at least PSIP).It's been posted before and I've mentioned it a few times, but it seems to get ignored. Cost of locals alone will be doubling or tripling, if that cost is matched across the board.
At $2 each the cost of the Big 4 and PBS goes to $10 a month and then add in the cost of the CW and other minor locals.
Locals should be broken out into standalone packages, so those with antenna's can forgo that cost if they want.

Where did you find PBS going to $10?
Ah, sorry, misread.I meant the Big 4 plus PBS at $2 each would equal $10 a month if that cost was matched across the board to all the local channels
