Dish Promotions

Could any one tell me if Dish usually has any new promotions coming out this time of year? The reason for asking is that I am going to switch from D* sometime in November, my contract is up November 3rd, and I would like to get the best possible deal going in as a new sub.
I've looked at the Dishstore promo and will probably go with that but it would be nice to have an indication to whether a new Dish promo is on the horizon.

I believe they come out with promotions in either Feb. or March then again in Aug.

Correct. There should be a new promo Feb 1st.
