Dish Promo envelope w/ FOX HD shown?

First off, this is my first post here so be gentle. Second off I searched and hadn't seen anything about anyone recieving their Dish Rewards package (basically it gives you more referral cards.)

When I looked at the promo for TurboHD it showed the FOX HD logo amongst all the other HD stations they typically show. Is this a good sign that things with Fox might be getting closer? I really would love to have Fox in HD.

It just says FOX. Maybe that explains it. I wish we had our local Fox stations in HD where I am. It's about all that kept me from going all HD when I originally signed up with Dish.

Even if you go all HD with locals you will get any locals that are in SD.

Thanks for the info. That just goes to show how little I know about how satellite programming operates.

I'm sure it has been discussed many times, but what is the possible holdup with some of the individual HD locals (for example I am missing my Fox local in HD)?
