I know this has come up but I think this problem is unique. I have an SL 3 and I can recieve 101 at 97 % , 99c at 90 % 103cb at 88 % but cannot recieve 99s,103s, or 103ca my zip is 12842 and when I used dishpointer I am set to specs I have tweaked the dish every way I can, but still do not get all the channels. I have a tree stationed to the southeast of the dish could these other sats be blocked by this tree. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Just ignore 99s and 103s for the moment, they carry only spotbeams and transponders are often low or zero - what's your zip code by the way?
look at ALL the transponders on 101, 99c and 103cb not just one. Post back with the numbers.
And FYI 103ca and 103cb are in the same place in the sky so it probably can't be the tree!!

Zip is 12842 , 101 is in the mid 90s and 100s, 99c high 80s lo 90s, 103cb high 80s lo 90s. The channels I am not receiving are nbc, food, nbc sports and about 15 others.

Thos signals indicate your dish alignment is OK. All TPs on 103ca are zero?
Do you have more than one receiver? Or if a DVR, is the problem the same on both? If you do, and the problem is the same on both tuners or receivers, it's almost certainly the LNB that's faulty. If you only have one receiver, it could be the receiver but the LNB is more likely.
There is a remote possibility also this is a cable problem. 103ca uses the highest frequencies so if your cable is very long, or you have something in the cable (surge protector maybe?) you could lose 103ca before the others.
