dish pointing

I had the dish pointed at 123 w, worked great. I installed a sg2100 rotor, pointed it at my true south, used usals to go to 123w The rotor doesn't turn the dish to the same position it was in without the rotor. I was wondering if this is right, I can get 123 if I move the dish east from where it stops.

Did you try loosening the Motor Mount bolts and adjusting the whole thing to the East.
What about a Sat in the East, like Horzions 2 @ 74west?

Make sure motor shaft at zero degree, when pointing to due south sat
