Dish Pointing Help

I'm having troubles picking up the 119 satellite. We are located in northern Minnesota with a lot of tree cover. The 110 satellite is coming in strong and we've tried just about every adjustment to get 119 to come in. Would 119 be blocked by trees while 110 comes in strong? See attached picture of the switch test screen.

YES it is extremely possible to have LOS (line of sight) for only one satellite. Try a different location.

I think 119 should be on port 1 and 110 on port 2

Does this mean I need to reverse the cable connections in the LNB?

You might be aiming too far to the left. Move 9 degrees to the right (standing behind the dish) and adjust elevation and see if you get both sats.
