Dish Now questions

I have several questions about DISH NOW
1. How is FlexTV going to change present 3900 Dish Now users?
2. I am an Rver that only uses Dish Now 2-3 Months of of the year and usually not all at once. Please explain how the GREEN Dot system is a better system for me than the straight $40 use it or lose it (Radio Shack).
