On various threads, I see scattered mentions of "unadvertised" DISH packages like the Welcome Pack, the Encore pack (minus Starz channels), etc. Can someone provide a complete list and prices of these and only list the packages that are known to be currently available and any disclaimers like "new customers only". I would also like to see a moderator make this a sticky, so that it's easy to find.
If such a thread already exists, please provide that one and maybe it should be made a sticky.
