Probably will go to the Platinum HD package. At least that is what I figured out by simply rolling dice, which is what I think the Programming Director at Dish Network does.

Why do you say that? It seems pretty obviously that the Platinum package consists of channels that have no SD counterpart. MSNBC doesn't fall into that category.
