DISH Network on Anik F3 & EchoStar 7 and chinese channels?

Ok i am new here wanting a certain chinese channels,
I notice this package i will link below has Shanghai tv,

What i noticed on dishnetwork offical site it doesnt have the channel
on there list of GREAT WALL TV PACKAGE,
Chinese TV - Watch Chinese TV on Satellite TV - DISH Network
Will i need a echostar 7 and anik F3 to get certain chinese channels,
If so were is a good place to buy this,
Im looking to change from cable tv to satellite tv soon,

Echostar 7 and Anik F3 are satellites, there are only one of each, we don't all get our own.

What you need is a Dish 500+ which has a device called an LNB that will receive signals from those 2 satellites. Anik F3 has the Chinese programming. You will also need a Dish Network receiver.

An experienced retailer will make sure you get everything you need. I doubt it would be cheaper direct, if anything, cheaper through the retailer. I know Claude at Dishstore has some specials only he offers.
