Dish Network Exede Internet Question

In April I have signed up for Dish Network powered by Exede. In August I heard Exede were implementing a Late Night Free Zone from 12M-5AM. They told us to check with the provider we ordered from. I hear now that they are not getting a LNFZ.

This is really unfair. Especially for those who signed up before August. Before August we knew nothing about the LNFZ. When I ordered Exede in April, if I would have known Exede was giving a LNFZ and Dish was not going to offer it through their plan I would have went directly with Exede.

In my opinion those who ordered from Dish Network Exede before August of 2012 should get the LNFZ. If not, I am going to cancel and that is a promise.

I don't blame you. I didn't know they had one from 12 am to 5 am. That sounds better than the 2 am to 7 am that I had with Hughesnet a while back. Don't have to wait until 2 am to use the unlimited bandwidth.
