Dish Network Equipment for Sell

We are trying to cut back on some expenses after my 4 month old son has been diagnosed with craniosynostosis and will be having skull surgery later this month, to help pay for surgery expenses. We have decided to go back to OTA and netflix for our tv entertainment. I had a rather decent Dish setup and have already returned my 2 leased HWS and 2 Leased Joeys. I plan to call this next week to have my owned Hopper 2000 and remaining owned Joey shut off and my account closed. I plan to sell the remaining equipment I have left described below.
