Dish Network DVR 522 Shortcuts?

I have a Dish Network DVR 522 unit. I know on the Direct TV DVR units you can set it to display a realtime clock on the bottom right of the screen. Does anyone know of a similar hack or shortcut to do this with the DVR 522? .....or any other cool tricks?

You can't display a clock nor can you "hack" the 522 in any (known) way. I've NEVER read of anyone doing anything at least....

The only "tricks" are UI-shortcut type things.

Press Cancel while viewing live or recorded TV to bring up the info banner. It will time out, or you can press Cancel again to make it go away sooner.

A "realtime clock" would be live, not static.
