dish network billing question

my cousin got a e-mail saying he was late.how ever does owes 350 and just made a payment of 50.00.how long does he have till they discconect?

Probably because this is not a company website. You need to contact Dish Network directly and speak with someone in Customer Service.

Its based on several factors, but its usually takes 58 days of non-payment before an account goes into soft disconnect.

The $50 your cousin paid, may or may not make a difference if it did not cover the previous ballance from the previous month.

Reguardless, your cousin needs to pay his bill in full. With a ballance of $350, and he only paid $50 looks like it could be shut off any day.
