Why would a customer want to confuse the situation with knowledge of parameters they can't effectively change?Very confusing to the customer.
Just a name change. The "old Wildblue" is now Exede5, coverage provided by WB1 orbiting @ 111.1W. Legacy customers simply changed modems (Surfbeam1 --> Surfbeam2) to switch from Wildblue to Exede5., Dish isn't installing the older WildBlue systems.
