Dish messed me up

I needed to reboot my sling link to get my internet back on my 620 box. The girl told me no way any thing would work, 620 just didn't get internet despite telling her I had had it on before. In the process of discovering it on my own, I dislodged an Optical cable and took 2 hours to find all my problems. All she wanted to do was get rid of me! Lots of help. Thanks Dish.
 
Next time come here first! Dish is also represented here, and very well I might add, by the Dish Internet Response Team. They would never make such a mistake!
