Dish Hopper Survey

Yesterday I received an email by Dish to take a survey regarding my recent upgrade to a Hopper/S. Multiple questions about features, suggestions etc.. Am I right that most if not all new Hopper owners get this sometime after activating their receiver(2+ months for me).

Yeah, I wasn't going to get the hopper with sling because I hardly ever used it with my 922, but they said it was no extra cost and had built in wireless where the hopper without sling didn't. I had an awesome installer who cleaned up the mess from previous install/upgrades. I had 3 dishes with a switch on my pole out front and now I only have 1 dish and a neat and tidy installation. I'll take the survey if I get it.
