Dish HD essential PKG

What Sat's/Dish is required for the Dish HD essential pkg with the Top 250. Is it only 110 and 119 or would I need to get a new dish to upgrade?

You would need to see either 61.5 or 129.

Cost?

Would there be a cost associated with adding that? Is that a Wing dish or one of the larger dish units that can see three sat's?

Cannot answer that due to not knowing where you are at. Some areas of the US cannot see 129 while others have a problem getting 61.5. There is usually a fee Dish charges to upgrade equipment, you should check with a local installer for the amount and other details.
