Dish giving the Pats/ Steelers game in Boston through KDKA

That's right. Does anyone else in the Boston DMA notice that we are not getting the game via WBZ, but rather KDKA out of Pittsburgh? I know this isn't as irregular as one would think, but I find it interesting when it happens.

The Boston local was having errors for DTV, Dish, and OTA, as reported on their website. This is likely agreed for the game, with those issues.

It looks like they are using the Pittsburg CBS feed as a temp replacement for WBZ. It's better than having it be off air for days on Dish and Direct. Over the air feed is still off air in Boston. Cable customers are not effected. I would have thought they would have used the CT or RI feed to replace it as they are closer, but both are not O &O stations.
