Dish farks up another 921 S/W: 216

Way to go Dish Network. I have put up with little hassles and been patient using Dish's hardware. Especially the 811 and now the 921. This last S/W 216 for the 921 has pushed me past the point of reasonableness.

I have lost all local OTA DTV which I had guide data enabled for with 215. The dbst forums are pretty active with the details.
