Also a dish 811 for shipment via UPS Ground to lower states.

I take it he doesn't want to sell this stuff too bad since he haven't replied to any of my messages.

I would say that he does not want to sell the items for that cheap or may have went to ebay where they can get more out of them and he may have a bit more invested in them than that.

It is hard for some people to get as much out of them with the company promotions going on but when the next line of promotions for existing customers comes out where they will only lease you the receiveres (you have to return them when you deactivate them) instead of letting you own it for the reduced amount they want I am sure this will change somewhat because people like owning their own receivers.
