Dish Dvr 625 Caller Id Problems

My old 625 had no problem with calling out via the VoIP line, just showing the caller ID. Come to think about it, had the problem with the regular phone line also. Guess it may be a bug of some kind.

Dish is sending us a new DVR---this will be our 3rd one in three weeks.

Still no caller ID. Received the new receiver and caller ID still does not work!
