Dish Dvr 522 Vital Problem

I just got a vital error on my 522 receiver.

Its a blue screen with WARNING 061 BOOT RECOVERY

Vital Program info being downloaded.

It has been doing this for 8 hours.

Please help.

it tried reinstalling the os seems the drive or something else broke and has hung you will have to bite the bullet and reset it maybe it wills till work
