Dish Network has entered into a nationwide campaign to refuse paying local affiliates their fees. They did this in September for the Quad City CBS station. Now, they are doing it for KWQC. However, they are not refunding any of the fee they are charging customers they used to pay to KWQC. They are pocketing the money.
I have done something about it - just like I did in September. The best way to do this is to file a complaint about Dish with the Denver based BBB. They are great and have help me on a couple other occasions. Earlier today, I filed a second complaint against Dish - demanding a refund for my local channel fee.
