Dish channel problems

I just got Dish this past Sunday and already I am having a lot of problems. I am having trouble with the volume buttons on the remote to my TV1, the installer left his trash in my yard, but my main concern is that i ordered the DishLATINO DOS package and not all the channels are on there. I got 6 of the 32 new channels it is suppose to have. I don't think that the company got the order wrong because you would think if they downgraded my package I wouldn't get any of the package I wanted but I do get 6 of them. The channels I don't get that I ordered are highlighted in green. So what could be the problem?
