Dish Changes My Accout W?o My Authorization

hey guys it finally happened i now know for sure that dish is screwing with my account with no consent.

i have setup my accounts on-line to monitor at dtv and dish

the user-name and password to both was the same until dish changed my on-line account details

just called tech support and he told me my user-name was thomasjones12? who not me

I didn't change my user-name and password at dish network.com but someone did
who?
no one i know has my details to my accounts only me
my user-name/password at dtv is as it should be but dish changed it

First I get accused of being a thief by the Audit dept
3 audits in 3 months
NOW DISH CHANGES MY ON-LINE DETAILS
isn't that account tampering?

is it possible someone is hacking your account or you have been targetted by a phishing scam ? Just a thought.

Stone, it sounds like you've been 0wn3d. Are you 120% sure nobody knows your passwords?

make sure your computer is clean of virii, trojans and the like; then change ALL your passwords EVERYWHERE.

Wow, well, I think when it comes down to it, if they did that to me, I would cancel too.

Unbelievable..... I believe you SP420. I can't believe the Gestapo tactics. There really can't be that many account stackers to justify this crap. I think I ran across one suspect in two years of installs and service calls (600 to 700 contacts.) I mean suspect. I am not sure. He could not show me one of four receivers. And, if dish is monitoring, No, I don't even remember who it was..... If they cheat dish then they cheat others and stuff will catch up with them.
