dish bluetooth adapter wont work

i got a dish bluetooth adapter to use for my windows 10 machine and i tried installing the broadcom or whatever it is drivers and its not working please help

The Dish Bluetooth Adapter is only used to supply Bluetooth support for Bluetooth headphones on Joey receivers. It is not designed to work on anything else.
