I had a 18 month commitment for America's top 250 for $52.99 and now I just got the statement they raise to 54.99.still i have 11 months left. should i have to pay 54.99? $2 raise

1-800-333-DISH. Yes they can. you signed a 18 month commitment. for Dish Services.The only price that was guaranteed was the DVR advantage package.

The contract does unfortunately say that the price is subject to change without notice

but well cmon 2 dllrs.. o wow... lucky you.. multiply 2 dllrs times the months you got left = thats only 22 dllrs
