Anyone else having trouble with the iOS app this morning? I can’t get past the loading screen. Was fine last night.

Good morning! There currently is a known issue logging into Dishanywhere.com and the DISH Anywhere app. Our engineer team is already aware of the issue and are actively investigating the issue. - Christina W.
 
I have the same issue on my Android tablet. I spent the morning troubleshooting and still can't launch the app. I then called Dish and spent 20 minutes on hold. Finally got a tech who told me that they know all about this issue and are expecting a software release within the next 24 hours to fix this.

I also asked why Dish won't proactively let customers know that there is a potential issue that they are addressing rather than let us waste our time going through all this troubleshooting for nothing. Of course they have no answer for this.
 
I agree, it does seem like Dish could put up a " Known problem..." screen on DA to alert us that it's a system wide problem, not something on our end.

It would be hard to read that alert when you can’t even get to that screen to begin with...
 
Put it up here and on their social network pages as well as their web site. However, that would tax their incompetent SW group who caused all these problems in the first place.
 
I don't think this thing still got fixed to work with common web browsers either..its on my list once I get thru to them on chat..started off over 400 now down to 207
 
There's always email... they know how to contact me when they want to promote something
But do they actually track who actually uses DishAnywhere and keeps their email in that tracking or should they email the entire tens of millions of subs that may or may not actually use DishAnywhere to make sure that everyone is covered and confuse the vast majority of those that have no idea what they might be talking about. How's that for an elongated sentence! :)
 
The PC version seems to be working now but the Android version is still messed up here on 2 phones. :(

Wasted hours of my time fooling with and reinstalling the android app along with losing stored programs. Poor communications from a supposed comms company.
 
Having hell here too on multiple Android devices and my fire stick. Of course I'm travelling and just want to watch my DVR, go figure.
