The latest TV ad for the Hopper says the Hopper can record six programs at once. With three tuners how is this possible?

If I record two programs and watch live tv, that's as far as I get. What am I doing wrong?

Chatted with two CSRs on live chat and they confirmed the same thing. Once three tuners are used, there's nothing else you can do as far as watching live tv in another room with a Joey or recording a program with a Joey.

So, where's the record six programs at once capability?

PTAT can record 4 channels using one tuner during primetime hours. Apparently, that's how dish can claim 6 even though many of us believe this is very misleading and has thoroughly confused a lot of Dish CSRs.

The reality is that if you need 6 tuners, you need two hoppers.
