dish 625 and IPod Video

Is it possible to transfer recorded events from the 625 to an Ipod Video via the USB connection? I know I can transfer them to a Pocket Dish, but I just dont happen to own one of those.

In a word, no.


You could use a DVD-recorder; rip the show to DVD, and then use a video converter, like cucusoft, to re-encode for the ipod. But that is a complicated process.
