Dish 522 DVR COnnections

I know this has been asked a million times, but I'm tired of searching...... I have Dish 500, 2 cables into the house, both running a receiver. I want to change one of the receivers to a 522 DVR, but really can't run more cable into the house. Is there ANY way to "split" one of the 2 incoming cables into 2 so I may watch one station and record another one?

Replace your lnb with a dishproplus lnb and you can use a single cable with a dishpro seperator on the 522.

As simple as replacing the existing LNB with the Pro Plus LNB and the adding the separator in the house…that’s it?
