Hello all and thank you for sharing your know how. I have a Dish 322 receiver (1 only) and I have a Dish 1000.2 with the DPP 1000.2 feed horn/ LNBF assembly. I do not have the DPP seperator that came with the 322. So I am wondering if I could run 2 cables from the DPP 1000.2 to the Dish Ant 1 and Dish Ant 2 connectors on the back of the receiver instead of using the DPP seperator? Thank you in advance. Cheers! Jim

Hello HIFI. Thank you for the confirmation. I downloaded a .pdf on the 1000.2 antenna and was reading that the DPP 1000.2 is detected as a switch, but then a quick install diagram showed port 1 to 110 deg / port 2 to 119 deg / and port 3 to 129 deg ... So I just wanted to make sure I understand. Thank you for your time, experence and wisdom. Cheers!

That is only important if an exterior switch is needed, which you do not.

2 cables from dish to 322 without seperator. Good to go.
