Dish 322 or Dish DVR 522

Currently I have a Dish 322 feeding two of my TVs I am leasing this unit from Dish Network. I have recently acquired a Dish DVR 522. Would I loose any functionality if I switched to the 522. I know I would gain DVR functions but is there anything that I would loose that the 322 can do? Also I have Americas Everything Pack (I doubt it matter but my other receiver for my living room is a ViP622) what additional costs would I have from dish if I changed the 322 for the 522 and sent there 322 back?

You will not LOSE (not loose) anything and since tou have AEP your costs should stay the same.
