I just got hooked up and was wondering, I have a 311 reciever and a 3900 reciever with a Dish 500 sat and a DishPro quad lnb. Will I need a switch to run both recievers. I was told by Dish Network that I won't and after doing some reading it appears that I may. Dont want to hook up anything until I know for sure. Don't want to damage anything. Hopefully thats enough info. Great site. Keep up the good work.

Dp Adapter

Is this something I can pick up at the local Radio Smack (Shack) or is it a specialty order? Thanks for the quick reply on the last one.

Why not just simply buy a DPP Twin? I'm sure it's a bit cheaper than buying a DP Adapter.
Or replace the 3900 with a Dish Pro receiver, 111/301 & 311's are all available probably for less than the DP adapter.:) :) :)
