I have two dish receivers, co-worker wants to get rid of. She says the bill was paid in full and they own the equipment. It's been in the closet for a while, both of them have blue cards.

They told me when I asked, they would send a free yellow (or red?) card if it's activated to an account in good standing. YMMV.
