Has anyone been successful setting up the new Dish 1000?

I can't get the 129 sat in. Several techs have tried and altho our settings are exactly as DN prescibes, we can't get it in. Any ideas?

Give us more details like for example what kind of receiver, what software version is on the receiver and more.

Most new receivers need a software update before they will see 129.

Peak the Dish on 119, turn the skew until you have peaked 110 and 119 and 129 should come in (if you are running the correct software)

got one here and it works just fine on a 942, 921, 625 and 811 receivers

I gotta say it. The search button is your friend. There's threads all over - including the big one talking about my first D1000 installs.
