I spent about 3 extra hours siteing in a 1000.2 the other day and night, replaced everything except dish, all I could get was
110 all no 129 and 119 all, in that order.
day two I finally looked at the welds on the arm supporting LNB and they were off about a half of a hole,
just some thing to look at if you cant find 129 and 110 shows up in the first block

What part of the country do you live? I live in Long Island, NY and I'm having no luck at all pulling in the 129 bird. I heard from someone on another forum that if you live east of Buffalo and north of Baltimore you won't be able to see the 129. Has anyone living in this area been able to see 129?

You cannot "see" the 129 from your location. Here's a link...This is a map of Dish 1000 (now 1000.2) exclusions. Essentailly this is a 129 degree orbital slot exclusion map..**Note** all of the areas not on white are excluded. To receive HD programming in your area you must install a 61.5 deg wing dish.
