I'm having a issue with hd locals out of lexington and the tech said it was on your end at the lexington ky uplink. Western arc sdtv signal is fine but eastern arc hdtv is like it fades out over the air like on a digital ota signal and needs fixed bad

I don't see any Lexington channels on our known issue list. How long has this been going on for?

Since I got the eastern arc upgrade this morning the national channels are fine. I just hate that it cuts the picture out as its hard to watch the networks

Just so clarify, is the picture fading in and out, or is the formatting off? Have you tried resetting your receiver or anything?

From time to time it gets colored lines in it and the picture jumps some just like a in and out signal on a ota digital signal
