I was using the SatelliteGuys iPhone app to look for an online DIRT member but couldn't find one at that time. There were quite a few other members online so a lot searching and scrolling had to be done. .
Might I suggest changing their screen names to Dish.xxxx@DishNetwork?
That way when a member is needing DIRT, all they have to do is go to the D's to find someone from Dish to help them.
